What are response packs?
When you run out of response credits, you need to purchase a response pack. There are a number of different types of response packs, the bigger the pack you buy, the cheaper the individual responses will be. So for instance, for $14.95, you would get 100 responses. Whereas with a $99.95 pack, you would get 1,000 responses.
How long does a response pack last?
Response packs do not have an expiry date, you can use them when ever you want. However, if your account has not been logged into for 12 months, it may be marked for deletion.
What happens if I run out of response credits?
We will warn you by email when your response credits are running low. You should not start a survey unless you have enough response credits to cover it. If your response credits have completely run out, then you will not be able to view responses collected thereafter, until you purchase more response credits.

How can I purchase a response pack?
To purchase a response pack, simply log into your GroupSurveys account, and click on the 'purchase responses' button on the users homepage. You can choose to pay by credit card through our billing partner, Plimus Inc. We also accept PayPal payment for response packs.
